Role:
  • Implements the institutional strategic plan covering resourcing of talents for positions in the T.I.P.
  • Ensures compliance to standards and institutional initiatives
  • Leads the performance of all HR interventions aimed at achieving organization development
  • Conceptualizes programs and designs frameworks that lead to organizational effectiveness
 
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Required knowledge: Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection; Training Framework Design, Management of Change, Job Evaluation, OD Interventions
  • Required Skills: Communication, Time-motion studies, Targeted Selection Interviewing Techniques; Planning, Leadership, Training, Analysis, Facilitating, Consulting, Interpersonal Relations
  • Required Behaviors: Organized, Persistent, Tactful, Discreet, Creative thinking
  • At least 5-7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Supervisors/ 5 years & up Experienced Employee specializing in Talent Management, Organization Design, Training and Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • 1 full-time position available; willing to be assigned in  T.I.P. Manila
